Acupuncturist here 👋 I love that the black pillow case has a memory foam pad inside, which is removable so you can exchange it if you ever need more cushion. I would suggest using it with clothing on and on a soft surface like a bed or couch first. I find this method of acupressure can be extremely effective for chronic pain. Please be careful and listen to your body when it comes to how long you use this for, and stand up/lay down slowly when using.

I’ve bene working from home since the Covid-19 pandemic first began. I sit at my desk every day doing work everyday, and my back has been hurting a lot. But now with this pillow I can sit straight on my chair and it’s helped me relieve the pain on my back and neck. Also, those little spikes on this pillow pad can be very relaxing.
I started believing in pressure point therapy during my second pregnancy with severe hypermesis. I used the acupressure bracelets made for seasickness. It worked better than any medicine….five years later, I was t-boned and my car flipped multiple times. My body’s left side has been having bad muscle flare ups. I’ve been in PT for a few months and have been getting regular massages. Everything helps in the long run, but immediately relief seems impossible. I was scrolling through Amazon and came across this - I thought it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. (Small joke there - it definitely hurts in the first minute!) My goal was 10 minutes. I focused on my breathing to help my body relax. Within the first three minutes, I could feel the heat from my muscles. It was a whole new release. I fell asleep on the mat and pillow!!!
