I really liked it, it helps you relax your eyes, I liked the background music which also helps you relax a lot and even take a nap.
Once I got it adjusted and found the setting for me, it provided relief and relaxation. It took a little getting used to but I'm a big fan and highly recommend it. If you need relief from a sinus headache, this is the one for you. I don't suffer from migraines so I can't comment on this but have had them when I was younger, I wouldn't recommend this for that kind of headache. So far it has gotten rid of my headaches and kept them away. I now use it just to relax and meditate. You can decide but me, I'm so glad I found this gadget.
I suffer from chronic migraines and this was absolutely wonderful to help with those bad times... You really want to wear it as tight as possible around the face... It does not crush your eyes at all! I did not think I would like the music but it is quite relaxing and soothing…. I am extremely happy with this purchase.
Received super fast. Charged it and tried it immediately. I suffer fro.chrpnic migrains and I've been saying I just need someone tp squeeze and put pressure on myface,head,scalp all of the above.
