Love this hammock and the price! I had to buy a separate kit to hang the hammock but it was only $7. Overall this was a minor investment with major benefits. It is so much fun to use and a great workout! The setup took me about three hours but once the ceiling beams are found it is a piece of cake. My ceilings are 8.5 feet and it is at a perfect height.

These are the BEST yoga silks. We love them. So sturdy, quality material, both fabric and metal of the carabiners. We even left them outside for weeks on end in hot sun and later in snow. For cleanliness I would take them in unless I forgot. The stay clean unless, as I could imagine, you have lots of birds doing their business on top of where you install them. We don't have that issue.All together, we have two of these. So our kid can use them with a friend. We simply attached them to our swing set. It's perfect.
