Acupuncturist here 👋 I love that the black pillow case has a memory foam pad inside, which is removable so you can exchange it if you ever need more cushion. I would suggest using it with clothing on and on a soft surface like a bed or couch first. I find this method of acupressure can be extremely effective for chronic pain. Please be careful and listen to your body when it comes to how long you use this for, and stand up/lay down slowly when using.
